At T.Y. Fine Furniture, we take pride in our artisan craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your furniture to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the item is in its original, showroom condition and securely packed in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once approved, our specialized white-glove logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the piece from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our craftsmen inspect the returned item at our workshop, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
